We’ve compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions from customers needing just a couple pieces of equipment for their homes to fitness facilities needing to supply their facility with a complete gym package and every one in between.
What does refurbished gym equipment mean?
Refurbished gym equipment simply means our gym equipment has been put through our rigorous refurbishing process in our Portland facility. We start by disassembling used machines and replacing all worn items such as bushings, bearings, belts, decks, etc. Equipment doesn’t leave our facility until it’s been fully serviced and gone through our 3 step process. All of our refurbished equipment comes with a 6 month part and labor warranty.
why should you buy gym equipment from us?

do you offer warranties?
We offer a 6 month part and labor warranty on our refurbished cardio and strength equipment. We offer a 5 year part and labor warranty on all of our Flow Fitness products.
why do I need to call you before I buy?
West Coast Gym Equipment has equipment coming in and going out on a weekly basis. We have many products (especially used equipment) that may not be on our website. Let us answer your questions from scheduling a delivery to our refurbishing process.
what areas do you deliver to?
We offer free shipping to Washington, Oregon, California and some parts of Idaho. We ship all over the US from Anchorage, Alaska to Miami, FL. Call or email us for a shipping estimate.
what if I have gym equipment that I want to sell?
We are always buying used gym packages. Please email Mike at [email protected] with a list and pictures and he will submit an offer within 24 hours.
when you deliver will you set up the equipment?
We offer installation on mostly all of the products we sell. Please contact us with details about your order for an installation quote.
