This is a commercial grade lat pulldown machine.  Its similar to the Life Fitness Pro2 Lat Pulldown.  This comes with a 200 pound weight stack.  Dimensions are 60 inches by 37 inches by 88 inches tall.  One of the best lat pulldown units on the market in my opinion.
