I purchased a used spin bike for home from West Coast Gym Equipment. Been doing studio classes for years and with my new job found it constraining to get to the gym classes on time. The bike was a very good quality magnetic resistance bike that was even nicer than the studio bike for less than my gym membership costs annually. Love the bike and delivery was awesome. I received my Precor AMT OS 885 at 7:30 PM last night. The elliptical was in excellent shape - it looks and performs like new. The delivery guys were courteous and hard working. They had to dismantle part of the elliptical to get it through my door, but they had done it many times before, and they made quick work of it. I'm really happy with my purchase, and I recommend West Coast Gym Equipment to anyone looking for a used high-end piece of gym equipment.

I was skeptical at first as their website isn’t easy to navigate. I asked Michael some ?s via email about delivery, he replied within minutes even after hours, so I ordered some floor mats. I received confirmation immediately. I then sent Michael an email with more ?s and specifics about delivery, he again answered within minutes after hours. He gave me a window of delivery and contact info of the driver. It was delivered promptly with constant communication. Great prices, no hassles, 5 Stars!

We bought a bunch of floor mats and an eliptical a year or 2 ago. I was just looking at their dumbell sets and decided to write a review. We went to their warehouse to look at what they had and its insane the amount of equipment they have. They delivered everything and everyone was real friendly. The mats are a steal and the elliptical is still great. These guys really excel when you don't have the time to go pickup a bunch of equipment from randoms and their prices beat anyone online.

I love the recumbent bike I bought last year. They delivered it right to my door, and even set it up and took time to show me how to use it. Easiest online purchase ever. Although I actually called to order over the phone.

I purchased a Treadmill and a Stair stepper from WC Gym Equipment and couldn't be happier. Great price great equipment and awesome customer service.

My wife and I are avid about working out but after a couple of knee surgeries and other injuries we decided to diversify our workouts with an elliptical trainer. Because we had used a number of health club and hotel ellipticals over the years, we knew we wanted a Precor. Unfortunately, a new Precor elliptical was just too expensive. Rather than give up on what we wanted we decided to look for a used one. We both understood the risks associated with buying an expensive piece of used exercise equipment from an individual or company we knew very little about. Regardless, I searched the Internet and found the West Coast Gym Equipment company in Portland, OR. They had exactly the Precor elliptical we were looking for and at a reasonable price. I spoke to Mike the owner, who impressed me with his answers to all my questions and more important made me feel confident about buying a used piece of equipment from West Coast Gym Equipment.

After several months of a national search on Craigslist and various websites on the Internet, I contacted West Coast Equipment, on a inquiry on a Life Fitness 93T, refurbished Treadmill. Mike, the principal of the firm, promptly returned my call and told me he had a Life Fitness 93T in his refurbishment facility and would be able to deliver it in two weeks to my ranch in Sonoma County, California. Mike, Delivered on his promise. The Treadmill was exactly as he represented over the phone, and has been used every other day, since it was delivered.

My wife and I recently bought a commercial-grade Precor 556i elliptical from West Coast Gym Equipment and have been very satisfied with our purchase. We had used the 556i machine for a few years at our gym in the past and were all set on buying it for our home gym. However, being a commercial grade machine, I was concerned about its cost. While I did find a number of companies selling reconditioned systems, I was also concerned about the state of use of such systems. Michael Work at West Coast Gym Equipment was responsive and forth right in our communications i.e. it did not feel like a typical sales situation. In addition, the price for the system was great plus it came with a 6 month warranty. The delivery went smoothly and Michael was quite responsive in addressing questions that arose following the delivery. The machine work slike new and I look forward to my 30 minute workout (@ level 10 and average 130 HR) most mornings!

I rarely buy anything at Craigslist or Ebay, too worried about scams and concerned about getting what’s advertised. I wanted a workout for my body, not my wallet!! I had been looking for an elliptical trainer for a few weeks, and kept seeing ads for West Coast Gym Equipment, so I decided to check them out. I liked the idea that rather than just buying someone’s used equipment that’s been sitting in their garage, WCG at least refurbished and cleaned the equipment prior to delivery. I was impressed that not only is the equipment serviced, but their prices were very competitive. I guess it’s the difference between buying from a business rather than from an individual with an over inflated idea of what their equipment is worth. I ordered a Precor 546 Elliptical and it was delivered in less than a week. It was delivered and setup in my workout space without me lifting a finger…I liked that. Awesome

I had been looking for a Life Fitness elliptical when I saw the ad on Craig’s List. I called the number and spoke with Mike, who told me they would deliver in 10 days to 2 weeks. He was extremely responsive to my questions and followed up as promised. He delivered it on schedule, and despite some challenges getting it into my exercise room, he made sure that I tried it out, and liked it. He was extremely professional and contacted me a few days later to make sure I was happy.
